What to do if you get a citation incurred by a borrower

Short answer:

If you receive a parking, speeding or other traffic citation notice that you believe is a borrower’s responsibility, submit it to us through the help centre.

How to submit a citation

  1. Log in to the help centre
  2. Select the relevant car and then Get help with this car
  3. Select the relevant booking and then Get help with this booking
  4. Select Fines and Infringements 
  5. Fill in the details of the citation, including a scan or photo
  6. Click Submit

Citations with violation points

If the citation comes with violation points, we'll work with the issuing authority to get the citation and points reassigned to the borrower. We'll also credit you $20 for the inconvenience.

Citations without violation points

If there are no violation points with the citation, we'll credit you the amount of the citation so you can make payment. We'll then charge it on to the borrower. We'll also credit you $20 for the inconvenience.
