Short answer:

You can update your phone number and home address through the website or app. You'll need to call us to update your email address. You can update your preferred name in the website, or email us if you've legally changed your name.

You'll need to call us and let us know your new email.

Phone number or home address

  1. Go to your contact details in the website or app
  2. Enter your new phone number or home address
  3. If you're updating your phone number, you'll need verify your new phone number by entering a code we'll send you

Updating your name or preferred name

If you have a preferred first name you'd like displayed on the website, you can update it in the website (not app):

  1. Log in to the website (not app)
  2. Select on the menu in the top right-hand corner and choose Account
  3. Select on your name under your profile photo
  4. Type your preferred name into the box
  5. Click Save

Your preferred name will display on your profile, on any reviews you leave for other members or cars, and on your car's profile.

If you have legally changed your name, send us an email at with your new name. Please include any supporting documents, such as a marriage certificate or updated driver's licence.
