Where your personal information and licence photos are stored

The photos and data you submit when you verify your account with us are securely stored, and can only be accessed by approved team members. 

When you verify your account, we ask you to provide photos of yourself and your identity document or licence so that we can verify your identity. In some cases, additional identity documents (such as a passport) may be requested as part of the application process.

Your information is used to verify your account and may be reviewed from time to time during your membership if any issues arise. We may also check the validity of identity documents with the document issuer or official record holder.

Photos and information are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This is a PCI Level 1 compliant cloud service.

If you would like to have your information removed from our system, you can ask us to delete your personal information.
