What happens if a borrower has a problem during their booking

Our phone support team is available 24 hours a day for urgent enquiries. All bookings also come with 24-hour roadside assistance. If a borrower has an issue during a booking, they can get in touch with us for help.

If a borrower has a small question that's specific to your car, they will contact you (within reasonable hours).

For major things, like if the car breaks down, or if they are having trouble using the system, or if it's too late at night to contact you, they'll call our 24-hour member support hotline.
