We may change our Member Agreement with you from time to time. Currently, we notify you every time we introduce a change, even a minor change. We have now updated the Member Agreement to give you 30 days written notice of any material changes that may detrimentally affect you. Updates to the Member Agreement will be effective upon posting of the changes to our website. Your continued access to or use of Uber Carshare after such posting constitutes your consent to the amended terms.
We have updated our Privacy Policy, which includes clarification of different categories of users, clarification on what personal data is collected and how it is used, updates to our cookie and website analytics section, and additional information about biometric processing for fraud prevention purposes.
