Short answer:

You can pay any outstanding amounts on the website or app. Log in and choose Account from the menu.

If you have an outstanding amount owing, you'll see this in the 'Account' section of the website or app. You'll see that your account is 'Arrears' and how much you owe.

To pay an amount owing

In the website

  1. Log in and choose Account from the menu in the top right
  2. Click on Account summary
  3. Enter the amount you'd like to pay
  4. Click Pay

In the app

  1. Log in and go to Settings> Account
  2. Tap Pay
  3. Choose to pay the full amount or a different amount
  4. If paying a different amount, enter the amount you'd like to pay
  5. Tap Pay now

This will charge the amount to the payment card linked to your account.

Paying your account while overseas

If you still hold an Australian card: you can settle your balance with your card. Just log in to your account, add the correct credit or debit card details, and follow the instructions above.

If you don't have an Australian credit or debit card: you can pay via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Please process payment into the account below and send a screenshot of the payment confirmation to accounts@ubercarshare.com

If you're paying in a currency other than Australian dollars, make sure you check the current exchange rate before paying. If the amount you transfer doesn't settle your outstanding account, we'll still need to chase you for payment.

Paying your account when your card has been stolen

Let us know as soon as possible if your card has been stolen. While you wait for a new card, you can pay the outstanding amount owing via electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Once you have a new card, please enter the details in your account as soon as possible so that we can charge you for your future trips.
