Financial documents

To help with accounting and tax time, there are several financial documents that you can download:

• invoices for a month as a PDF
• itemised transactions for a month as a CSV file
• financial year summary as a CSV file

How to use them

Monthly activity

To keep up to date on your accounts download your invoices and transactions spreadsheet each month.

For tax time

To fill out your tax return at the end of the financial year download your financial year summary.

The summary breaks down your car's kilometres travelled by borrowers, income, our commission, monthly fee, credits and debits charged or paid out to you.

Note: when reviewing your summary, 'Trip Income' and 'Booking Income' are the same thing, and 'Trip Commission' and 'Booking Commission' are the same, too. The names were changed a little while ago.

Note: this can only be downloaded through the website (not app)

1. Log in to the website (not app)
2. Select the menu
3. Select Account
4. Select Financial documents
5. And download the documents you need
