If you or your borrowers report damage or other issues relating to your cars, we will create a support ticket.
We also email you when we update tickets, but the help centre is the best place to see an up-to-date status and the comment thread for all of your active requests.
Here's how to check your support ticket status:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Help (from the top menu)
- Select Your tickets
- Filter by status to see which tickets are open, awaiting your reply or solved
You can reply to tickets, attach files or mark requests as solved from within the help centre.
If you have more than one car listed, you can search by the car's registration plate number to see just the tickets relating to that car.
Any photos or files attached to a ticket will be available as links on the right-hand side of the screen.

Hi Leion, just click 'Help' in the top menu when you are logged in to your account, and you will see the form to submit a report about the damage. Our team will take it from there.
